The Best Pulls of the Week – Week of 7.25.22

We've got the best pulls of last week! Grand Slam pulled a Holo Gold Rookie 3-Color Patch Auto.

1. Darren Waller 2015 Immaculate Auto /99

“You don’t see that many Darren Waller Rookies”. No, Jaspy’s Case Breaks Breaker, no you don’t, but that’s what you get when you mess around with 2015 Immaculate Collegiate Multi-Sport. It was a Random Number Break so the Georgia Tech Rookie Auto, numbered 2 out of 99, went to Barry with spot #2. Really cool to see random hits from random sports in this 1 Box Break from 2015.

2. Bones Hyland 2021 National Treasures RPA

Dustin A wanted this Box, and he got it! Grand Slam Collectibles were having some fun breaking a Personal Box, just to have something for the fans. When all the sudden, Dustin A offered $4,200 to make it his own! This was unusual, to say the least, but even more so because one of the cards had already been pulled. None the less, Grand Slam pulled this Holo Gold Rookie 3-Color Patch Auto to 10 of the former VCU Ram and key player for the Nuggets this past year due to some untimely injuries.

3. Bryce Harper 2022 Topps Definitive Gold Frame Purple Parallel Auto /10

Topps’ Definitive Baseball product is so high-end, it’s hard to distinguish what’s truly a “Hit”. We can, and have, watched Breaks of just Definitive Boxes being opened (We recommend it!). However, this Bryce Harper Gold Frame Purple Parallel Auto numbered to 10 is undoubtedly a Hit. As one of the highest paid players in the league, Harper is a timeless talent, and this Mojo Break Random Team certainly put a smile on some faces.

4. Najee Harris 2021 Optic Rated Rookie Hologram

If the Honey Badger sees its shadow, that means only 6 more weeks til NFL Season (Roughly). This Honey Badger, AKA Najee Jarris, saw its shadow reflecting off of an Optic Rated Rookie Hologram. This Blez Sports Cards 2-Box Break many more Hits, including a Pink Velocity of the same card pulled later in the Break. But the thrill of seeing that first Honey Badger card with the Rated Rookie brand took all the mojo.

5. Trevor Lawrence 2021 Panini Chronicles Rookie Auto /75

This Turn of the Century TLaw Rookie Auto numbered to 75 is truly a looker. The only thing that pops more than the beautiful Prismic Red and Blue on this card is the bold Dark Blue Auto itself, dead center. Can’t say we’ve seen enough of these electric inserts coming out of Chronicles, but we sure do like it and hope to see more.
