1. Trevor Lawrence 2021 Obsidian Supernova /25
We LOVE Die-Cut cards (With the exception of Snow Globes, what’s up with that, Panini??). But anyhow, this Obsidian Die-Cut Supernova is really a sharp looking card. It was part of a Layton Sports Cards 12 Box FULL Case Break of 2021 Obsidian Football, and it did not disappoint at all. A great, BIG Break by Layton and a lot of happy participants.
2. Patrick Mahomes 2021 Donruss Downtown
This Break was part of Blacktie Breaks’ very special “Bow Tie” series opened LIVE on Whatnot Sports with Hobby Ray featuring Zach. A very special Break indeed. A Case Hit as a matter of fact. This Downtown Pat Mahomes was graded a Gem Mint 10 right off the bat, and it only got better from there. Once the Breakers revealed this beauty in all its Refractor glory, the celebration began.
3. Pedro Martinez 2022 Topps Archives Signature Baseball Retired Edition 1/1
It didn’t take long at all for Dave and Adam’s Card World to hit a 1 of 1. The one and only Pedro Martinez was on this pre-encased Refractor beauty found amongst the Caseload of hits. This was from the subset of The Family Business (both of his sons have Big League aspirations). There were 7 1 of 1’s in total in this Case Break, well above the average of 4 typically found in 2022 Topps Archives.
4. Honus Wagner 2020 Topps Transcendent /95
After Breaker Steve shuffled the names, and Divisions accordingly, Steel City Breaks was off and Breaking. This Random Division Group was intense because as we know, 10 Participants and 6 Divisions doesn’t leave much breathing room. There were 10 Packs in this Box, each containing one encased card. At the end of the Break, this 2020 Topps Transcendent Baseball Honus to 95 appeared and went to David H. who won the Pirates’ Division.
