The Best Pulls of the Week – Week of 2.7.22

You won't have to wait any longer. We've rounded up our top 5 pulls from last week. The 1987 Fleer Basketball Wax Pack features Michael Jordan.

1. 1987 Fleer Basketball Wax Pack

The Iron Ripper pulled an MJ from their 1987 Fleer Basketball Wax Pack Break! Needless to say, dinner got cold for Nicholas Zeoli Jr. that night as he celebrated the big win. That was Jordan’s 4th year in the league, but only his 2nd card ever printed by Fleer. #1 card in the set and the #1 card you wanna see from a break. Good job, JRI. Thanks to you, there’s another MJ card in the world!

2. 2019/20 Prizm NBA Hobby Box

The Hyper edition of this Rookie was gleaming from the camera lights when the Blez Boys pulled it. With a subtle prizm, this card doesn’t need to be too flashy. Just like Ja’s game, it speaks for itself. This is the card you want when diving into the 2019-2020 NBA sets. Ja is lighting up the court right now, and his Rookie card lit up Blez World when they pulled it.

3. 2021 Panini Absolute Football

The Rookie Premiere Materials Auto 2/25 went to David Lee during one of Real Breaks’ High-End Football Mixers. The card, featuring Philly’s star rookie, has four patches AND an Auto. Truly a gem in any collection. Smith recorded over 1,800 yards with 23 touchdowns in his senior year at Alabama, and with a rookie year like the one he had, Philly Phans have their eye on this young receiver… and we have our eye on this card.

4. Tristar Hidden Treasures Autographed Baseball

Ryan Street was the recipient of a limited edition, signed Chipper Jones baseball. As part of the 2018 class, Jones ended his career with the most RBIs (1,623) of anyone whose primary position was 3rd Base. A worthy inductee to the Hall of Fame, and a worthy prize for the lucky winner.

5. Walter Payton Paint by Numbers

Blowout busted open a case of the gorgeous Art of Sport 2021 collection by Leaf. In addition to plenty of beautiful cards, the gang at Blowout landed a Walter Payton Holofoil Parallel from the Paint by Numbers series. The Paint by Numbers collection is a triple patch card, and Payton is 40/41 from the multi-sport collection.
